I’m R.K. Henderson. I lead a data science and AI team at a national lender, staying close to the technical work, from models to pipelines to LLM systems, because the job is less about any one model than about the decision it changes and the people who have to trust it. Earlier I worked in revenue management and pricing, and my doctoral research in decision science asks why organizations adopt analytics and when people trust a model.
